175 Custom Squirrel

Hang Tags 

This is a custom order of

175 squirrel hang tags

eye completed for a California vendor.

All hand-cut & assembled by me

the order was started on this past Sunday

and eye finished on Wednesday.

Eye was seeing squirrels everywhere

by the time eye finished.  

As eye packaged these little guys up 

eye kinda got misty-eyed.  

We had been together almost all week

and now they are ready 2 travel 2 their

rightful owner.

BYE-BYE 175 SQUIRRELS...BYE-BYE!

Re-Worked Hang Tag...

Black Board

Hang Tags

Eye revisited these hang tags again.

Eye thought that eye should include

something 2 write on these lovely 

black tags.

So eye came up with including 

a piece of sharpened chalk

in each pack.

This idea brought back found 

childhood memories of my 

writings on the "black board"

in Elementary School.  

You know, when the teacher would say

"Who wants to help me out and write the problem 

on the black board 4 me"?

My hand would go up..."EYE DO, ME, PICK ME"!

I took a break from hang tag central & went to

a birthday party.  AJ is 1 & I love giving books.

I sketched & hand-cut the label.

I also made a bookmark out of the invitation I received

& placed it in the book.

Back to work 4 me...

How fitting for Halloween! This is the 2nd piece of my series "Ghost Markings" & Halloween is the

perfect time to present it.  My ghost markings series are meant to be cheeky + macabre.

Sometimes I feel a little dark and this is how it has shown itself artistically. 

I also finished my 1st jewelery piece for the Funky Finds Experience...I'm going to wear

it out tomorrow to test the waters.
